I’ve just got an email from Chris and he said that Naheel is willing to listen to us!!

I”m so excited!

We’ve got to work on a presentatation and get ourselves together by the time chris returns because thats when we will be talking to them.

We stage an educational/building workshop over 2 – 6 weeks, to build a demonstration room that can be replicated by local builders while providing a basic education as to the principles and concepts of the Earthship structures.

What you get: The beginning of your earthship that you can easily finish.

The building is made of local, recycled materials that will catch clean water, harvest its own power, contain and treat its own sewage and provide strong, quick shelter.

To get started, look through the reports of recent projects, then contact us here. This is not free, you must already have land, money, access to building materials and prepared to host a 12 person construction crew.

Objectives
To launch a demonstration project for a residence or commercial venture that will illustrate how the Earthship concept is executed and provide a transfer of knowledge for how to replicate it in any part of the world.

To educate communities around the world as to the fact that fully sustainable buildings can be built and to demonstrate to local authorities that they can meet and exceed existing regulations.

It has been our experience that this is the most effective method of bringing the Earthship concept to new areas. You may become involved by acting as the host for such a project or helping find an appropriate host.

Yesterday I met with Chris Nuttman with Mom and I told him my idea for the Greenhouse. He said that he can help by giving us contacts to Naheel and Emaar! He told us that they’d probably be willing to help if we can sell the idea to them well. We must emphasize that its an educational environmental project.

Hello People!

This is the new blog for Eco Maco. We’ve changed it because Mom said this was a better place to do it.

Ok we’ve settled jobs, now we need to work on them. RD I’m trusting that you’re going to do some work over the summer! That Business Plan is VERY important! And seaon you’d better get that Marketing done! Mom and I are hard at work at the building part of it.

I hope that you guys will all have a chance to post on this blog and give me feedback on your position on what you’re doing! That way we can all keep track of each other.
